Buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest changes. I am a full time Realtor® and tend to work 24/7 to educate my clients, guide them with information to help them make the best decisions along the way and protect their best interest. I am with my clients from first contact to close and beyond. My goal is to keep the most money in your pocket and influence a smooth, stress-free experience.
A little about me: Our family moved to the Triangle from Charleston, SC over 20 years ago. My husband and I enjoyed raising our 3 boys in the Wake Cunty school system, through traditional and year-round calendars and sports communities of soccer, basketball and baseball. We now enjoy being empty nesters, staying active, volunteering, traveling and attending car shows and events. Additionally, I serve with Meals on Wheels, love reading and playing pickleball. I am so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the best local pickleball community!
The Triangle is a wonderful place to live. It is full of opportunity, the universities, state of the art health care and technology. It has a beautiful 4 season climate and in close proximity to the beach and the mountains.

Selling or purchasing a home can be one of the most stressful things we will ever do in our lives. I have recently been doing both and it gave me an opportunity to experience what it feels like to have a truly remarkable real estate agent who has had my back every step of the way. If you are moving across state lines it can be even more of a challenge, unless you have an agent like Debbie Wade. At the time I started working with her I had not met her personally. She was the agent for a home I was interested in so we got to know each other over time. She helped in so many ways that I would not have expected and gave me confidence in my choices all along the way. In the end, she helped me to find and purchase the home of my dreams. She was meticulous when she was showing me the homes I was interested in and pointed out details I would have never thought of. Debbie did video tours with me and was kind enough to take my family members through the homes so I could get opinions from all of them. When she created the contracts for my purchase she covered every detail to make sure I was getting a fair deal. I felt like my best friend, or a family member was there looking out for me. She did not stop caring about me even after all the documents had been signed to purchase my home. As I was moving in she brought over essentials that she thought I might need. I was truly touched by her generosity of spirit. I have dealt with other agents who were not as experienced or as caring so I know the difference. Deborah Wade went WAY above expectations. We bought a home in a tight, popular market and were beginning to despair that we'd ever find one in our price range. Deborah to the rescue! She found a community that's not well-represented on the internet, but because of her connections and local knowledge, she pointed it out to us. Wow, are we happy here! It's perfect for us. She really listens. A previous realtor just kept sending us sites we could have googled for ourselves. Deborah went on the hunt and made it personal. Deborah is one amazing lady. During the rising height of Covid 2020, my family and I were were in desperate needs of finding a place to live in the area. We reached out to several realtors but Deborah was the one who stood out. She immediately jumped into gears and was actively seeking out properties and meeting my sister in law who was helping house searching on behalf of us (we were out of state in the north). I was able to find a house on my own shortly. Even though we didn’t end up with a house using her service. We were moving to NC and the weekends we made it out to look at homes, she treated us like we were her only clients and spent hours everyday looking at homes with us. Debbie Wade is one of those people you count yourself lucky to have met. She is a fantastic realtor who not only has excellent customer service skills, but also is at the top of the game when it comes to understanding the ins and outs of buying a home in this crazy market. Debbie has been so helpful to us from day one, even when we weren’t sure if we would even be buying a home to begin with. She was never pushy and never made us feel pressured to make a purchase, which was such a welcome change from other realtors we have worked with. She kept open and clear communication with us at all times and whenever we had a question, concern, or needed specific help, she was immediately responsive to our needs and met them completely each and every time. Thanks to Debbie’s diligence, we were aware of what was available on the market on any given day, catered directly to the type, price, and style of house we were looking for, and were consequently able to find an excellent home in an area we hadn’t previously considered. When we called Debbie to let her know we were interested, she got us a showing immediately for less than 24 hours later. She gave us wise and experienced counsel on how best to make an offer that was both within our price range but also competitive enough for the current high demand housing market. She also put us in touch with an excellent lender who got us into the system and had us pre-approved within a matter of hours, so that we were able to immediately put an offer in. Debbie had shown us a wide variety of houses that same day that also matched our interests so that we could feel comfortable in making a decision. She even brought treats for our four kiddos, which, of course, they loved! After a long day of driving and showings, we were confident in making an offer, but wanted to get it in right away. Debbie stayed up late that night before driving home so she could have the offer written and submitted as soon as possible. Within a matter of 12 hours, our offer was accepted! The whole way through the closing process, working with Debbie was a dream. She is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly. She has excellent contacts she referred us to who were also at the top of their game and had everything ready for us faster and better than I honestly ever could have wished for. We were ready to close within 2.5 weeks! No stone was left unturned, every concern was addressed to the fullest, and we were left with huge smiles on our faces and a beautiful new home for our family. I am not somebody who writes reviews normally, but I will forever recommend Debbie Wade as a realtor to anyone and everyone I meet. I can't say enough about what an excellent job Deborah Wade did in helping my siblings and I sell our inherited home in Apex. We live out of state so having someone we could trust, who was knowledgable in the local real estate market was so important. Deborah and I worked closely together throughout the home-selling process. She provided invaluable advice on how to best prepare the house before we placed it on the market; including recommending reliable contractors who could take care of any and all repairs that were needed. There were complicated Estate issues that had to be addressed before we could go to market, and again she was able to put us in contact with a lawyer who could address those issues. Finally, once the house was ready to go on the market she made sure that everyone was aware of the property. The response was overwhelming. Within in 48 hours of being on the market Deborah had gotten us 17 solid offers! She assisted us in sifting through all the offers and negotiating for the best price and terms for our property. Wow, I was so impressed. We closed on the house last week and Deborah supported us throughout the process; right up to closing and beyond. Whether you are buying or selling a house, Deborah is the agent you want on your side. Deborah helped us buy a new home in the county and sell our existing house near McGee's Crossroads. Deborah goes above and beyond what any other realtor would do. She spent several hours with us looking over the home in Goldsboro on a Friday night because that was a convenient time for us. She traveled to Goldsboro again and met with the house inspector for us and never complained about the travel time, which is over an hour's drive. Deborah helped sell our house too. All the attention to details that she exhibits in helping prepare your home for sale. For example, she came and staged the house for the pictures, put booklets together for potential buyers to take with them, provided masks, booties, and hand sanitizer, to name a few. She stopped at nothing to research everything about houses that I was interested in so I could make the best decision possible. I really liked that she is very conscientious of your budget and does not encourage you to overspend. Deborah did an amazing job helping us find our dream home in North Carolina. I've known Deborah personally for years so she was the first person I thought of for assistance as I relocated back to Wake County from Atlanta. I was transitioning into a rental and wanted to be in a specific area, with a few specific requirements. For months before the corporate relocation was initiated, Deborah was hard a work researching available properties and providing helpful insight and intelligence about each one. Deborah was our relocation agent. We moved to the Raleigh area from California. She helped us a lot in understanding the real estate market here. She was patient with us as we changed our requirements as we saw the houses.She reminded us to check mundane things as trying the driveway access to the garage. It was a pleasure working with Deborah during our transition from WA to NC. Before we even made the move, Deborah was checking on houses and providing intelligence around the area. We held Deborah to a pretty aggressive schedule and often when we were exhausted, she would continue to work after hours to help fit our needs. She helped us find our perfect house quickly and never left any detail unturned during our closing. You could tell she was passionate about her job and truly cared about our family. For that we are thankful we met Deborah....she even helped me unload a uhaul which was well above and beyond expectations. Deborah was an extremely accommodating and knowledgeable agent. We moved to the area from out of state and wanted to find a house ASAP since we were in an apartment with young children. She made herself available to us several days in a row for long periods of time. She was available to answer our questions any time during the day and even late at night. She had great advice about the whole home buying process and took time to explain everything in great detail. She a has a depth of knowledge about the area and ultimately placed us in a great area for our situation. I would highly recommend.

When my husband and I were house hunting, we knew exactly what we were looking for, which could be a good and bad thing. We were a very picky couple but Deborah helped us find the perfect home. She really helped us prioritize what we needed in a home and what would suite us best. Deborah was simply over the top proactive and did an incredible job representing me and my siblings in selling our mother's home. I highly recommend Deborah for your real estate needs. She willingly showed me rental property, even before I knew my sister-in-law would need it so I could get familiar with the area and what her budget would allow her to rent. Her suggestions in pointing out features that might pose problems for someone with physical limitations helped me discern the best choices. She was willing to show rental properties, even thought her highest profit would have been in sales. Deborah walked into a difficult, emotional situation after the passing of the family's matriarch with four siblings who never agree on anything, but she handled it like a true professional. Moreover, she was there to meet contractors when we could not be and that was the most incredible aspect of her didication to excellent client service. That is not something you see from most agents!
