I can't say enough about what an excellent job Deborah Wade did in helping my siblings and I sell our inherited home in Apex. We live out of state so having someone we could trust, who was knowledgable in the local real estate market was so important. Deborah and I worked closely together throughout the home-selling process. She provided invaluable advice on how to best prepare the house before we placed it on the market; including recommending reliable contractors who could take care of any and all repairs that were needed. There were complicated Estate issues that had to be addressed before we could go to market, and again she was able to put us in contact with a lawyer who could address those issues. Finally, once the house was ready to go on the market she made sure that everyone was aware of the property. The response was overwhelming. Within in 48 hours of being on the market Deborah had gotten us 17 solid offers! She assisted us in sifting through all the offers and negotiating for the best price and terms for our property. Wow, I was so impressed. We closed on the house last week and Deborah supported us throughout the process; right up to closing and beyond. Her expertise, professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness made the home-selling process a pleasant successful experience.Thank you so much Deborah and behalf of myself and siblings.

It is my pleasure to write this recommendation for Deborah Wade. Deborah is a pleasure to work with. She is highly organized and extremely knowledgeable. Whether you are buying or selling a house, Deborah is the agent you want on your side. Deborah helped us buy a new home in the county and sell our existing house near McGee's Crossroads. Deborah goes above and beyond what any other realtor would do. She spent several hours with us looking over the home in Goldsboro on a Friday night because that was a convenient time for us. She traveled to Goldsboro again and met with the house inspector for us and never complained about the travel time, which is over an hour's drive. Deborah helped sell our house too. All the attention to details that she exhibits in helping prepare your home for sale. For example, she came and staged the house for the pictures, put booklets together for potential buyers to take with them, provided masks, booties, and hand sanitizer, to name a few. I highly recommend Deborah Wade.

I can't say enough about how wonderful Deborah is! My wife and I had a typical agent before Deborah who only cared about making a sale and did not have our best interest in mind. Deborah did! She went above and beyond time and time again to help us find the right house because she actually cares about people.

I had a wonderful experience with Deborah. First of all, she is very knowledgeable about the local real estate market and is a tireless worker who goes the extra mile to make sure her clients have the best home buying experience possible. She stopped at nothing to research everything about houses that I was interested in so I could make the best decision possible. I really liked that she is very conscientious of your budget and does not encourage you to overspend. Deborah is an extraordinary real estate agent who is very detailed, communicates well and is very responsive. She will guide you every step of the way from making an offer to the closing. Deborah did an amazing job helping us find our dream home in North Carolina. I've known Deborah personally for years so she was the first person I thought of for assistance as I relocated back to Wake County from Atlanta. I was transitioning into a rental and wanted to be in a specific area, with a few specific requirements. For months before the corporate relocation was initiated, Deborah was hard a work researching available properties and providing helpful insight and intelligence about each one. It was a pleasure working with Deborah during our transition from WA to NC. Before we even made the move, Deborah was checking on houses and providing intelligence around the area. We held Deborah to a pretty aggressive schedule and often when we were exhausted, she would continue to work after hours to help fit our needs. She helped us find our perfect house quickly and never left any detail unturned during our closing. You could tell she was passionate about her job and truly cared about our family. For that we are thankful we met Deborah....she even helped me unload a uhaul which was well above and beyond expectations.
Throughout the entire process from lending, attorneys, inspection and family visits, Deborah was always engaged asking questions that I would have never thought of. Her expertise and experience was apparent from day one.

Deborah was an extremely accommodating and knowledgeable agent. We moved to the area from out of state and wanted to find a house ASAP since we were in an apartment with young children. She made herself available to us several days in a row for long periods of time. She was available to answer our questions any time during the day and even late at night. She had great advice about the whole home buying process and took time to explain everything in great detail. I highly recommend Deborah for your real estate needs. She willingly showed me rental property even before I knew whether my sister-in-law would need it so I could get familiar with the area and what her budget would allow her to rent.
